Trespass

Trespass is where the defendant either refuses to leave a place of another where the defendant has been noticed to leave OR where the defendant has notice to not enter the property of another and does so anyway.  Trespass varies from a Class C Misdemeanor to a Class A Misdemeanor depending on where the trespass occurred.  Furthermore, one can be charged with the felony office of burglary where he/she trespasses at somebody's residence with intent to commit an assault, theft, or a felony.
